Return & Refund Policy
You can return or exchange a product within 7 days after delivery.
After 7 days, requests will not be accepted.
2. Exchange Rules:
Exchange available for any reason, defective or not.
You must order another product for exchange.
If the new product costs more, pay the difference.
If it costs less, the balance will be refunded.
Exchange is free of cost within 7 days.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Return Rules:
Return accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
If the product is correct but doesn’t fit, return not allowed (exchange only).
Product must be in perfect condition during pickup.
4. Combo Products:
Some combo sets may not support single-item return/exchange.
If allowed, standard rules apply to each item.
5. Refund Process:
Refunds processed within 7 business days after verification.
If return reason is invalid (e.g., no defect), deductions may apply for logistics or handling.
6. Pickup & Verification:
Product checked during pickup/delivery.
Used or tampered products will not be accepted.
7. Delivery-Time Return:
You can return at the time of delivery if item is clearly defective or wrong.
8. No Free Decision:
All requests must meet the above rules.
Dubydex’s decision will be final in case of disputes.
